Staff Management

Managing your team members efficiently ensures a smooth day-to-day operation.

Adding Team Members

To add a new staff member:

  1. Go to the Staff menu and click "Add Staff".
  2. Provide the member's Name.
  3. (Optional) Set their Dashboard Access if they need to manage their own appointments.

Working Days and Hours

Each team member can have their own schedule.

  1. Select a staff member and click "Edit Working Hours".
  2. Choose their Working Days (e.g., Monday to Friday).
  3. Set specific Working Hours for each day. You can also quickly insert the shop's general opening hours.

Managing Leaves and Vacations

To ensure customers can't book when a staff member is away:

  1. Go to the Leaves section under a staff member's profile.
  2. Click "Add Leave".
  3. Select the Type (Vacation, Sick leave, Appointment).
  4. Set the Start and End dates/times.

Staff-Specific Services

If some team members only perform certain services:

  1. Go to the staff member's Services section.
  2. Select "Edit Services" and uncheck "All services".
  3. Choose the specific services this team member can perform.

Dashboard Access for Staff

You can grant your team members access to their own dashboard:

  1. Generate an Invitation Link from the staff member's profile.
  2. Share the link with your team member. Once they accept, they will be able to view and manage their upcoming appointments.
