Managing Services

Accurately presenting your services is key to a smooth booking experience for your customers.

Adding a Service

To add a new service:

  1. Go to the Services menu and click "Add Service".
  2. Provide a Service Name, Price, and Duration.
  3. (Optional) Assign a Category to help customers find what they're looking for (e.g., "Haircuts", "Beard Trim").

Organizing with Categories

Categories help keep your service list organized. To create a new category:

  1. When adding or editing a service, start typing a new category name in the "Category" field.
  2. Select "Type to create new category" to add it. You can also manage categories separately from the Services settings.

Editing and Deleting Services

You can edit any service to update its price, duration, or name. If you no longer offer a service, you can delete it. Warning: Deleting a service cannot be undone.

Assigning Staff to Services

By default, all staff members can perform all services. If only certain team members offer specific services, you can customize this in the Staff settings for each individual.
