Performance Overview
The main Analytics page gives you a snapshot of your business:
- Total Bookings & Revenue: Track your overall growth.
- Completion Rate: See how many booked appointments are successfully completed.
- Average Booking Value: Understand the value of your services to customers.
Service Insights
Analyze which services are most popular and profitable:
- Bookings by Service: Identify your most requested treatments.
- Revenue by Service: See which services contribute the most to your income.
Staff Performance
Monitor the productivity of your team:
- Bookings per Staff Member: Track how many appointments each person is handling.
- Service Breakdown: See which staff members are performing certain types of services most often.
Customer Insights
Understand your customer base better:
- New vs. Total Customers: Track how many first-time clients you are attracting.
- Booking Sources: See if customers are booking themselves online or if most appointments are being added manually (e.g., via phone).
Time Range Filtering
You can filter all analytics data by time range (Today, Last 7 Days, Last 30 Days, or Custom Range) to track trends over time.
