Step-By-Step-Instruction

2. Enter your email address: Enter the email address you used to register with us. Make sure to spell it correctly.
3. Check your email inbox: Within a few minutes, you will receive an email from us with the subject line “Reset
Password.”

4. Confirm the link: Click the confirmation link in the email. This link will redirect you to a secure page where you
can set a new password.
5. Set a new password: Choose a secure password. We recommend a combination of uppercase and lowercase letters,
numbers, and special characters.
6. Log in: Once you have saved your password, you can log back in immediately using your new login credentials.
Common Problems and Solutions
I haven't received a password reset email.
- Check to see if you registered with a different email address.
- Wait up to 10 minutes—sometimes delivery is delayed by your email provider.

The link in the email isn’t working.
