Managing Your Appointments
We understand that plans can change. Here is how you can manage your upcoming appointments.
Viewing Your Bookings
If you have an account, sign in to view all your upcoming and past appointments in your dashboard. If you booked as a guest, refer to your confirmation email for details.
Rescheduling an Appointment
To change the date or time of your appointment:
- Click the "Manage Booking" link in your confirmation email or find the appointment in your dashboard.
- Select "Reschedule".
- Choose a new date and time from the available slots.
- Confirm the changes. You will receive a new confirmation email.
Canceling an Appointment
If you need to cancel your appointment:
- Click the "Manage Booking" link in your confirmation email or find the appointment in your dashboard.
- Select "Cancel Booking".
- Confirm the cancellation.
Note: Please try to cancel as early as possible to allow the shop to offer the slot to another customer. Some shops may have specific cancellation policies.
Notifications
You will receive reminders via email or SMS (depending on the shop's settings) before your appointment to ensure you don't miss it.
